4.1 QMR : มีหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบดังนี้
1 ดำเนินการให้มีการประชุมทบทวนระบบการบริหารคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
2 จัดทำวาระการประชุม
3 จดบันทึก รายงานการประชุม
4 ติดตามข้อสรุปหรือ มติจากการประชุมให้เป็นผลในทางปฏิบัติต่อไป
4.2 ผู้บริหาร มีหน้าที่เข้าร่วมประชุมการทบทวนระบบบริหารคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
4.3 องค์ประชุมการทบทวนของฝ่ายบริหารเพื่อการทบทวนระบบบริหารคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม จะประกอบด้วย
1) กรรมการผู้จัดการ (Managing Director) เป็นประธานในการประชุม
2) Managing Representative เป็นรองประธานในการประชุม
3) QMR เป็นเลขานุการในการประชุม
4) ผู้จัดการฝ่าย / หัวหน้าฝ่าย / หัวหน้าส่วน (Manager / Team Leader / Group Leader)เป็นกรรมการ

5 ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานเรื่อง การประเมินความเสี่ยง
5.1 QMR จัดทำกำหนดแผนการประชุม Management Review อย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง
