บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษของกลุ่มเกษตรกรบ้านห้างฉัตรเหนือ ตำบลห้างฉัตร อำเภอห้างฉัตร และบ้านสบทะ ตำบลป่าตัน อำเภอแม่ทะ จังหวัดลำปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและแนวคิดการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ รวมทั้งศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อพฤติกรรมการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ และศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมทางนิเวศของดินและน้ำ ของชุมชนหลังการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ ประชากร คือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ จำนวน 51 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์อย่างมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ อัตราส่วน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวคิดการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษของเกษตรกรบ้านห้างฉัตรเหนือนั้น มาจากเจ้าหน้าที่จากเทศบาลห้างฉัตรเหนือ เนื้อหาที่ถ่ายทอดคือวิธีการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ วิธีป้องกันกำจัดแมลงศัตรูพืชโดยหลีกเลี่ยงสารเคมี การทำน้ำหมักชีวภาพ หลังจากนั้นเกษตรกรได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ จนเป็นการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรง เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในกลุ่ม รวมทั้งการเรียนรู้จากการอบรม ทำให้เกษตรกรเกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิดการผลิตสู่การตอบสนองการบริโภคในยุคใหม่ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม
ปัจจัยภายในที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ ได้แก่ การได้รับข่าวสารจากเพื่อนบ้าน หอกระจายข่าวประจำหมู่บ้าน ป้ายประกาศ/เอกสาร/แผ่นปลิวจากหน่วยงานราชการ ส่วนปัจจัยภายนอกไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษ
นอกจากนี้เกษตรกรเห็นว่าสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของชุมชนหลังการปลูกผักปลอดภัยจากสารพิษมีสภาพที่ดีขึ้น สังเกตจากสภาพความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของดินและน้ำในชุมชน
