การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัญหาการใช้บริการของห้องสมุดประชาชน อำเภอนบพิตำ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อต้องการทราบสาเหตุของปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขและศึกษาปัญหาการเข้าใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชน เพื่อรวบรวมปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชน
การศึกษาเรื่อง “การศึกษาปัญหาการเข้าใช้บริการของห้องสมุดประชาชน อำเภอนบพิตำ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อต้องการทราบสาเหตุของปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขและศึกษาปัญหาการเข้าใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชน
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชน อำเภอนบพิตำ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ระยะเวลา 1 กันยายน - 30 ตุลาคม 2558 จำนวนทั้งหมด 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน 2 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุด มีปัญหาการใช้ห้องสมุดประชาชนโดยภาพรวมและด้านสภาพทั่วไป ด้านครุภัณฑ์ ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านระเบียบการใช้ห้องสมุด และด้านบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับน้อย
2. ผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุด มีปัญหาการใช้ห้องสมุดประชาชนรายข้อ ด้านสภาพทั่วไปทั่วไปโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกข้อ ยกเว้นห้องสมุดคับแคบเกินไปและการจัดระบบเปิด-ปิดที่ไม่แน่นอนอยู่ในระดับไม่มีปัญหา ด้านครุภัณฑ์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกข้อยกเว้นชั้นวางหนังสือหรือตู้วางหนังสือสูงเกินไปอยู่ในระดับไม่มีปัญหา ด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกข้อยกเว้น หนังสือมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอ วารสารมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอ วารสารเก่าไม่ทันสมัยอยู่ในระดับไม่มีปัญหา ด้านระเบียบการใช้ห้องสมุดโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกข้อยกเว้น ระยะเวลาที่ให้ยืมแต่ละครั้งน้อยเกินไปค่าปรับหนังสือแต่ละครั้งแพงเกินไปและกำหนดวันหยุดและวันทำการไม่เหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับไม่มีปัญหา ด้านบุคลากรโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับทุกข้อยกเว้น เจ้าหน้าที่มีความพร้อมและกระตือรือร้น และเจ้าหน้าที่มีสัมมาคารวะ สุภาพ มีอัธยาศัยไมตรีและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีอยู่ในระดับไม่มีปัญหา
