ฝ่ายจัดการฯ แจ้งต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการฯ เรื่องต่อสัญญาการกำจัดแมลงกับบริษัท แอ๊ดวานซ์ เซอร์วิส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งจะสิ้นสุดสัญญาในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2559 นี้ และที่ผ่านมาบริษัท บริษัท แอ๊ดวานซ์ เซอร์วิส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผลการทำงานและประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการ ฝ่ายจัดการฯ เสนอต่อที่ประชมคณะกรรมการเห็นควรต่อสัญญากับบริษัท แอ๊ดวานซ์ เซอร์วิส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นเวลาอีก 1 ปี ราคาเดือนละ 62,060 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)

ฝ่ายจัดการฯ แจ้งต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการฯ ทราบว่าเก้าอี้ที่ใช้ในสำนักงานนั้นมีการชำรุดอยู่ 5 ตัว เพราะมีการใช้งานมานาน ฝ่ายจัดการฯ เสนอต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาการจัดซื้อเก้าอี้จำนวน 5 ตัว
มติที่ประชุม ที่ประชุมรับทราบ และมอบหมายให้ฝ่ายจัดการฯ ดำเนินการจัดซื้อตามความเหมาะสม
เมื่อไม่มีท่านใดนำเสนอ ให้ที่ประชุมพิจารณาประธานในที่ประชุมกล่าวปิดประชุม เวลา 13.30 น.
