งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการับรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการลาออกของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มธุรกิจอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กรมการส่งเสริมการส่งออก จำนวน 776 บริษัท เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคาระห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) คำนวณหาความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics)เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอย (Regression Analysis)
