บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) สร้างและพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้สื่อประสม 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างคะแนนทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียน 3) ศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้
กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 โรงเรียนกระเทียมวิทยา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 41 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นนักเรียนชาย 9 คน และนักเรียนหญิง 32 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling)
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 12 แผน 2) คู่มือการใช้สื่อประสมประกอบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 1 เล่ม 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน จำนวน 30 ข้อ และ 4) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2
สถิติใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีประสิทธิผล และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t-test (Dependent Samples)

สรุปผลการวิจัย
ตอนที่ 1 ผลการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ พบว่า สื่อประสมประกอบการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง กีฬาสากล (กรีฑา) วิชา พลศึกษา พ32201 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ และประสิทธิภาพของผลลัพธ์ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 90.93/91.38 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80

ตอนที่ 4 ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ พบว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนกระเทียมวิทยา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 ปีการศึกษา 2553 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง กีฬาสากล (กรีฑา) วิชา พลศึกษา พ32201 โดยใช้สื่อประสม โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.34 อยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านเนื้อหาด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับ มาก ทุกด้าน
