and confirm need Maru A to re-confirm Mic assy by Test equipment or not .

1. Mr.Wichien's comment :
1) If Maru A and QC can do, please go ahead VA activity.
2) Overhead console 1 type (common LHD&RHD) is better than 2 type (LHD, RHD separate by Mic pokayoke)
due to Maru A can pick the wrong part for assy with Mic.
3) Microphone RHD & LHD are separate by color, that is OK,
Easy to check no need to re-check Mic assy OK or not, due to double with QC check at CS line
Need check Mic LHD/RHD assy mistake or not need check Mic work or not (CS line).
4) Have more items about expensive parts assy by supplier?
5) when design to be module assy by system supplier, please consider TMT cost/merit also.
2. Summary :
1) Overhead console will be 1 type (common LHD&RHD), no need to add pokayoke for Mic.
2) No need to re-check the result of Maru A assy Mic by Equipment.
3) Maru A/Logistic will check Mic assy part number is correct/wrong by check color.
4) QC will do check Mic (work or not work) same as current process check.
5) TMT B/P accept to issue ECI (TMT S/R agree with TMT B/P)
BED will issue ECI by End/Jan, and send advance copy to PE/Maru A/QC.
