บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท จินดาสยาม บรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมผลิตกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยดำเนินธุรกิจ ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ประเภทกระดาษลูกฟูก ที่ใช้สำหรับการบรรจุสินค้าต่างๆ ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ซึ่งทางบริษัท ได้ดำเนินธุรกิจทั้งผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายกล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกใหม่ และ กล่องกระดาษลูกฟูกมือสองสภาพดี
ผู้จัดทำปฎิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม ถึง 2 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 ผู้จัดทำได้เข้ามาเป็นนักศึกษาฝึกงานในฝ่ายผู้บริหารงานลูกค้า บริษัท จินดาสยาม บรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด และได้รับมอบหมายในการปฏิบัติงานคือ 1.มีหน้าที่ติดต่อและรับเรื่องการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากลูกค้า 2.มีหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและบุคลากรในบริษัท 3.ติดตามสถานะสินค้าและเตรียมการส่งมอบ 4.ออกเอกสารที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต
จากสาเหตุดังกล่าวข้างต้น โครงงานนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นไปที่แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารงานลูกค้า ของ บริษัท จินดาสยาม บรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงานนี้เพื่อที่จะศึกษาและรวบรวมขั้นตอนกระบวนการการปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้บริหารงานลูกค้า ของ บริษัท จินดาสยาม บรรจุภัณฑ์ จำกัด และ นอกจากนี้ยังมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่จะช่วยให้พนักงาน และ นักศึกษาฝึกงานปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ ประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น
