สมาชิกในกลุ่มได้มีการจัดทำโครงงานการศึกษาแห่ลงเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมจากวัดบางจาก ในจังหวัดนนทบุรีนั้น เราได้ผลสรุปการศึกษาดังนี้
วัดบางจากเป็นวัดที่เก่าแก่ของจังหวัดนนทบุรี ก่อตั้งขึ้นในสมัยเมื่อชาวมอญอพยพเข้ามาในประเทศไทยได้เข้ามาอาศัยอยู่ที่อำเภอปากเกร็ด หลังจากนั้นชาวมอญจึงได้ร่วมกันสร้างวัดขึ้น เพื่อเป็นสถานที่บำเพ็ญกุศลของประชา ชนในแถบนั้น พื้นที่ตั้งของวัดเป็นที่ราบลุ่มติดริมฝั่งแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ด้านทางทิศใต้ ภายในวัดมีอาคารเสนาสนะสถานต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอุโบสถที่มีลักษณะทรงไทยสร้างด้วยคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก มีกำแพงแก้วล้อมรอบกุฏิสงฆ์ สร้างด้วยไม้ทรงปั้นหยาหอสวดมนต์สร้างเป็นลักษณะทรงไทยโบราณ ในวัดบางจากมีหลวงพ่อโต องค์ใหญ่เป็นที่เด่นสง่าประจำวัด มีโครงการช่วยเหลือชีวิตโค-กระบือจากโรงฆ่าสัตว์ มีการลอดโบสถ์สะเดาะเคราะห์เสริมสิริมงคล วิหารหลวงพ่อบุญย้งจันทสาโรที่เป็นจุดเด่นของวัดอีก และสุดท้ายใต้ฐานหลวงพ่อโตยังมีพระพุทธรูปหลายองค์ที่น่าสนใจได้ให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้สักการะ และการเดินทางสามารถเดินทางได้ทั้งทางเรือและบนถนน
