ด้วยข้าพเจ้าได้รับแจ้งจาก นาย ก. ว่า ท่านได้กู้ยืมเงินไปจาก นาย ก. เมื่อวันที่ ๑ มกราคม ๒๕๓๐ จำนวน ๕๐,๐๐๐ บาท (ห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) โดยตกลงชำระเงินต้นคืนภายใน ๑ ปี และตกลงชำระดอกเบี้ยให้แก่ นายชื่อ ในอัตราร้อยละ ๑๕ ต่อปี ภายในวันที่ ๑๕ ของทุกๆเดือน ดังความละเอียดท่านทราบดีอยู่แล้ว นั้น
ปรากฏว่า เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาที่ท่านจะต้องชำระเงินต้นและดอกเบี้ยตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา ท่านก็มิได้จัดการชำระให้แก่ นาย ก.แต่อย่างใด นาย ก. จึงได้มอบหมายเรื่องนี้ให้ข้าพเจ้าดำเนินการ

ฉะนั้น โดยหนังสือฉบับนี้ข้าพเจ้าในฐานะทนายความผู้ได้รับมอบอำนาจจากนาย ก. จึงขอแจ้งให้ท่านจัดการชำระหนี้เงินกู้จำนวน ๕๐,๐๐๐ บาท พร้อมด้วยดอกเบี้ยที่ค้างชำระให้แก่ นาย ก. และหรือข้าพเจ้า ณ สำนักงานดังกล่าวข้างต้นภายในกำหนด ๗ วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับหนังสือฉบบนี้ หากพ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าวแล้ว ท่านยังไม่จัดการแต่ประการใด ข้าพเจ้ามีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องดำเนินการตามกฎหมายกับท่าน ตามความประสงค์ของ นาย ก. ต่อไป
