การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย
1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาความต้องการในการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อพัฒนาการสอนการคิดของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา
2) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงระบบเพื่อพัฒนาการสอนการคิดของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนบ้านหนองแดง
