ประวัติความเป็นมาของสำนักงานบัญชีผดุงศักดิ์และเพื่อน ได้เริ่มก่อตั้งครั้งแรกเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2520 ซึ่งลักษณะสภาพของสำนักงานเป็นอาคารตึก 2 ชั้น 1 คูหา ตั้งอยู่ ณ ถนนพหลโยธิน ตำบลรอบเวียง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย 57000 และได้ใช้เวลาในการประกอบการเป็นระยะเวลาประมาณ 12 ปี ตั้งแต่ปี 2520-2531 ในขณะที่เริ่มทำการก่อตั้งสำนักงานขึ้นมาเป็นครั้งแรกนี้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้อำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ยังไม่เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานมากนัก
