-ด้านงบประมาณการเงิน ประเมินราคาโครงการ (ประเมินราคาต้นทุนการดำเนินงานจากราคากลาง) ทบทวนแบบและวิธีการก่อสร้าง เพื่อตรวจสอบงบประมาณที่ได้มาจากฝ่ายประเมินราคาก่อสร้างเพื่อขอแก้ไขและขออนุมัติงบประมาณที่จะใช้ในการบริหารงาน ตรวจสอบและลงนามในการเบิกงวดงานของผู้รับเหมาช่วงและการทำค่าแรงคนงานรายวัน
