12. สนับสนุนพนักงานสถานีให้เข้ารับการอบรมที่สำนักงานใหญ่ตามความเหมาะสม
13. ประสานกับหน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องการจัดทำงบประมาณ และควบคุมการใช้จ่าย
