6.1 มีความยาวตลอดลำ (L.O.A) เกินกว่า 565 ฟุต (172.21 เมตร ) แต่ไม่เกิน 600 ฟุต ( 182.88 เมตร )

6.3 จะต้องอยู่ในข้อกำหนด หลักเกณฑ์ หรือเงื่อนไขของกองนำร่อง ซึ่งได้รับความเห็นชอบจากกรมเจ้าท่า
6.4 ตำบลที่จอดเรือให้จอดได้ในเขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เขตที่ 3 ไม่เกินหลักผูกเรือหมายเลข 8-9 ของการท่าเรือฯ
ที่กลางน้ำบางหัวเสือ เท่านั้น
ข้อ 7 ข้อกำหนดของเรือที่ยากแก่การนำร่อง
7.1 เรือที่บังคับให้ตรงทิศทางได้ยากต้องมีเรือลากจูงของการท่าเรือฯ ตั้งแต่สถานีนำร่องจนถึงที่ทอดจอดเรือ
7.2 เรือลำเลียง ( BARGE หรือ LIGHTER) ที่มีเรือลากจูง
7.2.1 ความยาวตลอดลำไม่เกิน 250 ฟุต (76.2 เมตร ) ความกว้างไม่เกิน 40 ฟุต (12.19 เมตร )
ให้ผ่านสันดอนเข้ามาจอดได้ไม่เกินสะพานพระราม 9
7.2.2 ความยาวตลอดลำไม่เกิน 365 ฟุต (111.25 เมตร ) ความกว้างไม่เกิน 100 ฟุต (30.48 เมตร )
ให้ผ่านสันดอนเข้ามาจอดได้ไม่เกินท่าหมายเลข
7.2.3 ความยาว และหรือความกว้าง หรือตำบลที่จอดเรือ เกินข้อกำหนดข้างต้น กองนำร่อง จะพิจารณา
กำหนดที่จอดเรือ และผู้นำร่องเป็นกรณีไป การที่จะจัดเรือลากจูงของการท่าเรือ ช่วยเพิ่มอีก 1 ลำ
หรือมากกว่าให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของผู้อำนวยการ กองนำร่อง เท่านั้น
7.3 เรือที่เครื่องจักรหรือเครื่องถือท้ายขัดข้อง ต้องใช้เรือลากจูง กองนำร่องจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป ถ้าเป็นเรือ
ที่มีความยาวตามที่กำหนดตามข้อ 5.5 ก็ยอมให้ผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้าทอดจอดได้ ณ บริเวณกลางน้ำที่ปากน้ำ
จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ระหว่างทุ่นหมายเลข 34 -36 แต่ถ้าความยาวเกินกว่าความยาวตามที่กำหนดในข้อ 5.5
ให้ทอดจอดได้ไม่เกินท่าหมายเลข 7 แต่ถ้าเรือ ดังกล่าวมีอัตรากินน้ำลึกเกิน 20 ฟุต ( 6.09 เมตร )
จะไม่จัดบริการนำร่องให้ทั้งผ่านสันดอนฯ และ เข้า - ออก
7.4 เรือที่มีความเร็วไม่เกิน 10 นอต และมีอัตราการกินน้ำลึกเกิน 25 ฟุต ( 7.62 เมตร) หรือ เรือที่มีความเร็ว
ปกติต่ำกว่า 7 นอต การบังคับเรือเป็นปกติ หรือไม่ปกติ กองนำร่องจะพิจารณาใช้เรือลากจูงช่วยขณะเดินทางเพิ่มขึ้น

8.1.2 เขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เขตที่ 2 เรือที่จะผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้า หรือผ่านสันดอนฯ ออก ให้มีอัตรากินน้ำลึก
ไม่เกิน 27 ฟุต (8.23 เมตร ) ส่วนเรือที่จะผ่านสันดอนฯ ออก ให้มีอัตรากินน้ำลึกไม่เกิน 26 ฟุต (7.92 เมตร )
ยกเว้นเรือกำปั่นถัง (TANKER VESSELS)
8.1.3 เขตท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เขตที่ 3 เรือที่จะผ่านสันดอนฯ เข้า ให้มีอัตรากินน้ำลึกไม่เกิน 27 ฟุต (8.23 เมตร )
