ระเบียบ วิธีดาเนินการวิจัย

รูปแบบการวิจัย
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาผลกระทบของสารเสพติด กลุ่ม แอมเฟตามีน ในการก่อให้เกิดสมองเสื่อมในผู้ที่ติดสารเสพติด
ขอบเขตของการวิจัย
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการคัดกรองสมองเสื่อมเบื้องต้น ในผู้ที่ติดสารเสพติดกลุ่มแอมเฟตามีน โดยใช้แบบคัดกรอง 3 แบบ ได้แก่แบบประเมิน LOTCA ฉบับภาษาไทย ด้านการรับรู้ขั้นพื้นฐาน (perception) การผสานการรัอง 3 แบบรู้ทางสายตากับการเคลื่อนไหว (visuomotor organization) และกระบวนการคิด(thinking operation) สาหรับผู้ที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตจากแอลกอฮอล์ แบบคัดกรอง MMSE และแบบคัดกรอง MOCA เพื่อศึกษาตำแหน่งที่เกิดการเสื่อมของสมองว่าเสื่อมที่ตำแหน่งใด หรือสมองเกิดการเสื่อมหรือไม่ โดยศึกษาในคนไข้ สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ ปทุมธานี
ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ประชากร แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 1 คือ ประชากรผู้ที่มีปัญหาจากการติดสารเสพติดกลุ่ม
แอมเฟตามีนที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ จังหวัดประทุมธานี กลุ่มที่ 2 คือ ประชากร
ที่เป็นบุคคลปกติที่ไม่มีปัญหาจากสารเสพติด นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยประชากรทั้ง 2 กลุ่มต้องมีอายุ 18-25 ปี
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จากประชากรตามเกณฑ์ ดังต่อไปนี้
ก. กลุ่มผู้ที่มีปัญหาติดสารเสพติดกลุ่มแอมเฟตามีน จำนวน 70 คน
- เป็นผู้ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีปัญหาด้าน การติดสารเสพติด – มีระดับความรู้สึกตัวดีขณะทำการประเมิน
- ไม่มีประวัติของการได้รับบาดเจ็บทางสมอง (brain-damaged patients)traumatic brain injuries, cerebro-vascular accidents, tumors และโรคลมชัก หรือมีโรคร่วมทางสมอง เช่น Alzhiemer’s disease หรือ dementia
- สามารถสื่อสาร โต้ตอบภาษาไทยได้
- ยินดีให้ความร่วมมือในการศึกษา
