บริษัทจึงได้กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ในการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการลางานและวินัยในการทำงาน เพื่อให้พนักงานทุกคนปฏิบัติไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ดังนี้
1. การเขียนใบลาเพื่อขออนุมัติการหยุดงานให้ปฏิบัติดังนี้
1.1 การเขียนใบลาพนักงานต้องทำให้ถูกต้อง โดยให้นาย Approved ก่อน
1.2 พนักงาน (ช่วงทดลองงาน) จะไม่มีสิทธิลางานในทุกกรณี ดังนั้นไม่ว่าจะลางานประเภทใดจะไม่ให้ค่าแรงในวันนั้นๆ

2. วินัยในการทำงาน ควรปฏิบัติดังนี้
2.1 เมื่อเข้าทำงานแล้วควรปฏิบัติงานอยู่ตลอดเวลาไม่ควร แต่งหน้าเวลาทำงาน หรืออยู่ห้องครัวนานๆ เป็นต้น
2.2 ในขณะทำงานไม่เล่น เกมส์ Facebook หรือ Line ใดๆทั้งสิ้น ที่เกี่ยวกับ Social Network
