จากการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสูงมากที่สุด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยต่างๆที่มีผลต่อความสูง แล้วเผยแพร่ให้ประชาชนเข้าใจวิธีการเพิ่มความสูงที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อคลายความวิตกกังวลเรื่องความสูงของประชาชน ให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบกิจกรรมต่างๆมากขึ้น
การศึกษาดำเนินการโดยจัดทำแบบสอบถามกิจกรรมและพฤติกรรมที่นักเรียนชั้น ม.5 โรงเรียนวัดราชโอรส ปฎิบัติแล้วนำส่วนสูงของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ตามกราฟแสดงเกณฑ์อ้างอิงการเจริญเติบโต การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ร้อยละ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจากทั้งหมด 70 คน ทั้งเพศชาย และ เพศหญิง ที่มีพฤติกรรมการนอนดึกจะมีส่วนสูงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่อนข้างเตี้ย โดยเพศชายที่นอนดึกมีส่วนสูงเฉลี่ย 159.85 ซม. ส่วนเพศหญิงที่นอนดึกมีส่วนสูงเฉลี่ย 149.29 ซม. และเมื่อพิจารณาหัวข้อการนอนดึก พบว่า เพศชายที่นอนดึกส่วนใหญ่มีส่วนสูงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่อนข้างเตี้ยคือ 155-160 ซม. มีจำนวน 15 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.00 ส่วนเพศหญิงที่นอนดึกส่วนใหญ่มีส่วนสูงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่อนข้างเตี้ยคือ 146-149 ซม. มีจำนวน 13 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.22
