หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดผิดสัญญา

หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดผิดสัญญา ให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาและมีสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายจากฝ่ายที่ผิดสัญญาได้ทันที
