* Esso advises us that the technician attended on site, but there was some issue with getting the circuit into the Station Manager’s room. Apparently TOT will need to visit again to finalise this. Has this been done?

96919 – Esso Rama 4

* Esso advises us that there was some issue with the TOT technician not wanting to install the service into the Station Manager’s room. Was this resolved?

96877 – Esso Klongtan

* Esso advises us that there was some issue with the TOT technician not wanting to install the service into the Station Manager’s room. Was this resolved?

96843 – Esso Charan 13

* Esso advises us that the technician attended on site, but there was some issue with getting the circuit into the Station Manager’s room. Apparently TOT will need to visit again to finalise this. Has this been done?

96928 – Esso Prannok

* Esso advises us that the technician attended on site, but there was some issue with getting the circuit into the Station Manager’s room. Apparently TOT will need to visit again to finalise this. Has this been done?

* Can we also check the password supplied. The capital Y is inconsistent with other passwords provided (there are some others as well).


96841 – Esso Srinakarin I/B

* Installation pending for first day.

96871 – Esso Kingkaew

* Installation pending for first day.

96874 – Esso Suanluang ror 9

* Installation pending for first day.

* Esso has sent us photographs of the lead in cable installation.

We would expect that any new services would use the existing lead in cabling and or conduits into the stores if possible. Each of these Service Stations and Store Manager’s rooms are currently supported with PSTN circuits. Any new installations would need to be professionally installed.


* Is there a reason why a new lead in cable was required?
* Is this a temporary cable?
* If not, is this the normal standard of installation that TOT performs?
* Is this the “neatness” issue that you were talking about on Tuesday?
