บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันการเลือกรับประทาอาหารเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมาก โดยเฉพาะความสะอาดของอาหาร ทั้งนี้ได้มีร้านอาหารมากมาย ทั้งร้านอาหารที่บริการส่งถึงบ้านและร้านอาหารตามริมถนนในการจัดทำแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นในครั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำได้นำกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์มาใช้ในการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนมีจุดประสงค์ดังนี้ คือ (1)เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนในการรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของโรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาส (2)เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับอาหารในโรงอาหารของโรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาสให้ดีขึ้นต่อไป
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้จากการสำรวจครั้งนี้เป็นนักเรียนศึกษาตอนปลายโดยแบ่งชายและหญิงจำนวนเท่าๆกันสำหรับเหตุผลในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4โรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาสที่มากที่สุดคือ อาหารมีราคาถูก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.61 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกน้อยที่สุดคือ อาหารมีรสชาติอร่อย คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 2.95

คณิตศาสตร์มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาความคิดของมนุษย์ ทำให้มนุษย์มีความคิดที่สร้างสรรค์ความสามารถทางด้านการสำรวจ และเนื่องจากในปัจจุบันในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารของมนุษย์เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมากทั้งที่เป็นอาหารมีประโยชน์และไม่มีประโยชน์ต่อมนุษย์จึงทำให้เกิดร้านอาหารขึ้นมากมายดังนั้นผู้ศึกษาจึงอยากทราบเหตุผลของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4ในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารในโรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาสใดมากที่สุด
2. วัตถุประสงค์ของการสำรวจ
1. เพื่อศึกษาเหตุผลในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียน มัธยมวานนิวาส
2.เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาของอาหารในโรงอาหารของโรงเรียนมัธยมวานนิวาส
3.เพื่อฝึกให้ผู้เรียนมีการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผนอย่างเป็นระบบ

1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4โดยแบ่งออกเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4/1- 4/10 จำนวนห้องละ
10 คนโรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาส อำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร รวมทั้งหมด 100 คน
2.ตัวแปรที่ศึกษา
ตัวแปรต้น คือเหตุผลในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนมัธยมวานรนิวาส
ตัวแปรตาม คือความพึงพอใจในการรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4โรงเรียนมัธยมวานนิวาส
4. นิยามศัพท์เฉพาะ
1. ความคิดเห็น หมายถึงความรู้สึกหรือทัศนคติของบุคคลที่มีต่อสิ่งหนึ่งหรือปัจจัยต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุผลในการเลือกรับประทานอาหารในโรงอาหารของโรงเรียน
