มาตรา ๑๖๖ ในระหว่างที่ ยังไม่ได้ออกกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ และประกาศ เพื่อปฏิบติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
ให้นำกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ และประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๕ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม เท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้
