ตามที่เคยคุยเบื้องต้น ปอนด์จะรบกวนติดต่อคนของ FX ที่ให้นามบัตรไปมาดูแลตำแหน่ง MCS Manager ซึ่งปอนด์แจ้งคุณสัญญาแล้วเรื่องว่าเค้าจะเป็น manager โดยไม่มีลูกน้องคงลำบาก
คุณสัญญาเลยอนุญาตให้มี 1 manager และ 1 ลูกน้องนะคะ

MCS (Managed Content Services) คือ การให้บริการในการจัดการงานเอกสารของบริษัทลูกค้า โดยให้บริการคำปรึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการนำเสนอซอฟท์แวร์การจัดการงานเอกสารที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า

ซึ่งการจัดการงานเอกสารหลักๆ จะเกี่ยวข้องกับ 2 ส่วนคือ
1. กระบวนการนำเอกสารเข้าไปจัดเก็บ (ซึ่งเรามีซอฟท์แวร์เกี่ยวกับ scanning solutions ที่ทำงานได้จากบนเครื่อง MFP)
a. เกี่ยวข้องกับการสแกน ต้องรู้จักเทคโนโลยีการสแกน การตั้งค่าการสแกน
b. การทำ OCR
c. การทำ index ให้เอกสาร
d. การสร้าง routing ของการเดินทางของเอกสารจากฝั่ง input ไปยังส่วนจัดเก็บ
e. การจัดการกับไฟล์เอกสารที่มีอยู่เพื่อนำไปจัดเก็บได้อย่างถูกต้อง
f. เข้าใจการทำงานและวิธีการสร้าง workflow ของเอกสาร
2. ตู้จัดเก็บเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (ซึ่งเรามีซอฟท์แวร์เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสาร ที่ทำงานได้จากบนเครื่อง MFP)
a. ต้องรู้จักการทำงานของระบบ dms (document management solutions) เช่น Microsoft SharePoint, Hyland OnBase หรือ ระบบอื่นใดที่คล้ายกัน
b. เข้าใจโครงสร้างของการจัดเก็บเอกสารในตู้เอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในเรื่องของการ design โครงสร้างของตู้เอกสารหรือโฟลเดอร์ , การกำหนด authorization ให้กับแต่ละคน

โดยมี JD คร่าวๆคือ
- ผลักดันการขาย MCS Solution โดยทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย (คือฝ่ายขายอาจขอให้เราไปพรีเซนท์ให้ลูกค้าเค้า หรือ เราขอให้เค้าพาไปหาลูกค้าที่เราต้องการ)
- พรีเซนท์ MCS Solution ให้กับทางกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นประโยชน์ในการเลือก MCS Solution จากเรา โดยต้องมีการจัดทำพรีเซนเทชั่นที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละ Vertical Business (ซึ่งเรามีไกด์ของพรีเซนเทชั่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษให้บ้าง)
- ทำ Site Survey
- ทำ Proposal ให้ลูกค้า ซึ่งต้องสามารถ design flow ที่เหมาะสม เลือกใช้ module ที่เหมาะสมให้กับลูกค้าได้
- Implement ระบบให้กับลูกค้า
- ทดสอบและติดตามผลหลังจาก go live
- แก้ปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น (ซึ่งอาจต้องประสานงานไปยัง key contact person ที่สิงคโปร์หรือมาเลเซีย ที่เป็นผู้จำหน่าย software ให้เรา)

ส่วนผลตอบแทน คงต้องมีส่วน commission จากการขายให้ด้วยค่ะ เพื่อเป็นแรงจูงใจในการผลักดันซึ่งคงต้องคุยกับคุณสัญญาอีกทีค่ะ

ถ้าเกิดคนของ FX เค้าไม่สนใจ ปอนด์คงต้องรบกวนให้ head hunter ช่วยรีบหาเลยได้มั้ยคะ ทางนายจี้มารายวันเลยค่ะ
Qualification (ถ้าต้องหาคนอื่น)
- จบการศึกษาด้านวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์/เทเลคอม/สื่อสาร หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน ERP, Network, Enterprise System
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย หรือ ซัพพอร์ทงานขายเชิงโปรเจคท์ หรือ B2B หรือสนใจอยากทำงานขาย (ถ้าเป็น Sales Engineer ที่ดูแลการขายงานโปรเจคท์ของสินค้าประเภท telecom ที่ขายให้กับองค์กรใหญ่ระดับรัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ บริษัทเอกชนขนาดใหญ่ หรือ เป็น Project Manager ของผลิตภัณฑ์พวก ERP เช่น SAP Oracle รัยงี้ ก้อจะดีมากค่ะ)
- บุคลิกดี มีความน่าเชื่อถือ มีวุฒิภาวะ
