ติดตั้งและดูแลโปรแกรม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโปรแกรมที่เขียนขึ้นเองหรือจัดซื้อมา ให้ใช้งานได้เป็นปกติ
ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบฐานข้อมูลของบริษัท ให้สามารถใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา
ให้บริการข้อมูลตามคำร้องขอของผู้ใช้
จัดทำและดูแลปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ภายในบริษัท(intranet) ให้ทันสมัยอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
รายงานและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดของระบบงาน พร้อมรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
แก้ไขระบบงานที่พัฒนาขึ้นเอง เพื่อให้ระบบสอดข้องกับสถานะการณ์ของบริษัทฯ
