การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในปัจจุบัน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาตามแนวคิดของ Walton(1975) เป็นตัวบ่งชี้ในการวัดคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานการไฟฟ้านครหลวงเขตบางเขนจำนวน 212 คน และพนักงานองค์การอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้(สำนักงานกลาง) จำนวน 183 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย(¯x) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard deviation)
