หากผู้ว่าจ้างค้างชำระค่าจ้างติดต่อก

หากผู้ว่าจ้างค้างชำระค่าจ้างติดต่อกันเกินกว่า 2 เดือน
โดยที่ผู้รับจ้างได้บอกกล่าวทวงถามการชำระค่าจ้างจากผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างสามารถหยุดการว่าจ้างได้ทันที อีกทั้งไม่ตัดสิทธิผู้รับจ้างในการเรียกเบี้ยปรับจากการชำระค่าจ้างล่าช้าในอัตราร้อยละ 15 ต่อปี จนกว่าผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระเสร็จสิ้น
