กรณีที่ชาวต่างชาติมีเหตุผลอื่นนอกเห

กรณีที่ชาวต่างชาติมีเหตุผลอื่นนอกเหนือจากนี้ อาทิเช่น เพื่ออนาคตสามารถขอการมีถิ่นที่อยู่ในไทย เพื่อการประกอบธุรกรรมในไทยเช่นเปิดบัญชีธนาคาร หรือ การทำใบขับขี่ นั้น

สามารถทำได้หรือไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าจะขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมอะไรบ้างจากชาวต่างชาติ ถึงพิจารณาว่าได้หรือไม่ได้ โดยเอกสารที่ใช้เบื้องต้นมีดังนี้

1. หนังสือเดินทางของคนต่างชาติ

2. สำเนาหนังสือสัญญาซื้อขายคอนโด พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และ เอกสารตัวจริงเพื่อแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่

3. สำเนาหนังสือ กรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุด พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และ เอกสารตัวจริงเพื่อแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่

4. รูปถ่ายหน้าตรงของชาวต่างชาติ 1.5 นิ้ว หรือ 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 3 รูป

5. ชื่อภาษาไทยของชาวต่างชาติ และภาษาไทยของบิดา และ มารดาของชาวต่างชาติ

**หมายเหตุ** ชื่อภาษาไทย ในสัญญาซื้อขายและหนังสือกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุด และ ใบอนุญาตทำงาน ต้องตรงกันทุกตัวอักษร หากไม่ตรงกัน ต้องนำ หนังสือเดินทางไปแปลเป็นภาษไทยพร้อมรับรองจากสถาบันแปลภาษานั้นๆ เพื่อนำไปให้สถานทูตของชาวต่างชาติรับรองให้ถูกต้องก่อนนำมายื่น



ทั้งนี้ในการไปติดต่อกับสำนักงานเขตราชเทวีนั้น แนะให้ชาวต่างชาตินำล่ามคนไทยไปด้วย เพื่อเป็นผู้ดำเนินการแทนชาวต่างชาติในการประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ไทย

โดยล่ามไทยต้องนำเอกสารไปด้วยดังนี้

1.สำเนาบัตรประชาชนพร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และ ฉบับจริง

2. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านพร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง และ ฉบับจริง(ถ้ามี)



ขั้นตอนในการติดต่อ

1. ยื่นเอกสารและหลักฐาน – ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเขตราชเทวี (ให้ล่ามนำเอกสารมาดำเนินการแทนได้)

2. เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจเอกสาร ความถูกต้องครบสมบูรณ์หรือไม่
