Why can’t animal talk? In my opinion I think animals were never tough to speak as humans were tough. Animals can’t talk in the usual sense, as their vocal chords are different then ours. So animals has another language to communication in their life. They are many type of animals in the world. Each type should be have different language.
The humans can’t know animals language same animals can’t know humans language, even though they can’t know language each other .It isn’t problem in daily life. Because they can learn language each other.
