หลักสูตรการอบรมนี้จะต้องจัดให้มีผู้เข้าอบรม 1 กลุ่ม จำนวนกลุ่มละอย่างน้อย 10 คน และเนื้อหาหลักสูตรจะต้องครอบคลุมอุปกรณ์ระบบสื่อสัญญาณและโครงข่ายระบบสื่อสัญญาณทั้งทางทฤษฏีและปฏิบัติโดยใช้ระยะเวลา การฝึกอบรมอย่างน้อย 5 วันทำการ
