เรื่อง แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนลูกจ้าง

ด้วยบริษัท สปี ออยล์แอนด์แก๊ส เซอร์วิสเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จะดำเนินการให้มีคณะกรรมการอาชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานของสถานประกอบกิจการอย่างต่อเนื่องภายในบริษัท ซึ่งกรรมการดังกล่าวประกอบด้วย
(1) นายจ้างหรือผู้แทนนายจ้างระดับบริหาร จำนวน 1 คน เป็นประธานกรรมการ
(2) ผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างระดับบังคับบัญชา จำนวน 2 คน มาจากการแต่งตั้งโดยบริษัท
(3) ผู้แทนฝ่ายลูกจ้าง จำนวน 3 คน มาจากการเลือกตั้ง
เป็นคณะกรรมการเพื่อร่วมปรึกษา หารือ และเสนอความคิดเห็นเพื่อการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อพนักงานและบริษัทฯ

เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนลูกจ้างของคณะกรรมการฯดังกล่าว เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย และยุติธรรม บริษัทฯ จึงได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 3 คน ดังนี้
1. นางสาวกฤษธร พิสลยบุตร ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
2. นางสาวกันยารัตน์ จารุเสนีย์วงศ์ ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
3. นางสาวปพัชญา ตาเครือ ตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีอาวุโส
โดยให้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งมีหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ประกาศวิธีการเลือกตั้ง กำหนดวัน เวลา สถานที่เลือกตั้ง กำหนดระยะเวลารับสมัครผู้ที่จะสมัครรับเลือกตั้งเป็นกรรมการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน โดยเปิดเผยก่อนการเลือกตั้ง และแจ้งให้บริษัทฯ รวมถึงพนักงานทราบ
2. จัดเตรียมการเลือกตั้ง และดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง
3. ดำเนินการนับคะแนนเสียง ประกาศผล และจัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อลำดับผู้ได้รับคะแนนเสียงมากที่สุดตามลำดับ จนถึงผู้ได้รับคะแนนน้อยที่สุด
4. แจ้งผลการเลือกตั้งให้บริษัทฯ ทราบภายใน 3 วัน นับแต่วันสิ้นสุดการเลือกตั้ง

ทั้งนี้ให้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งสิ้นสุดภาระหน้าที่ ภายหลังแจ้งผลการเลือกตั้งให้บริษัทฯ ทราบ
โดยดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 12 มีนาคม 2558
