บุริม กล่าวอีกว่า เทรนด์การศึกษาของ MBA จะมีการสร้างสรรค์หลักสูตรใหม่ๆ ก่อให้เกิด “นวัตกรรมทางหลักสูตร” เช่น หลักสูตรเร่งรัด4 บวก1 (Fast Track) โดยระดับปริญญาตรีเรียนคณะอื่นที่ไม่ใช่บริหาร เช่น วิทยาศาสตร์ พอขึ้นปี 3 และปี4 ก็เริ่มเรียนวิชาของ MBA เมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีแล้วก็เรียน MBA อีกหนึ่งปี จบแล้วจะได้ปริญญา 2 ใบ 2 ระดับ

หรือหลักสูตร Double Degree คือ การเรียนสองสาขาวิชาที่แตกต่างกัน โดยเอาวิชาเลือกหรือเลือกเสรีมาแลกกัน เมื่อจบแล้วได้ปริญญา 2 ใบ ในระดับเดียวกัน ปริญญาตรีกับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโทกับปริญญาโท

และหลักสูตร Joint Degree คือ หลักสูตรที่ สองมหาวิทยาลัยมาร่วมกันร่างหลักสูตรขึ้นมาร่วมกัน เช่น ศศินทร์ฯ ร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัย Kellog ของอเมริกา เปิดหลักสูตรนานาชาติขึ้นในประเทศไทย

ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเรียน MBA ส่วนใหญ่ผู้เรียนเรียนเพื่อต้องการยกระดับตัวเอง ทั้งระดับความสามารถและตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงาน เพราะจะทำให้สามารถทำงานที่ซับซ้อนได้มากขึ้น มีการตัดสินใจที่ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ชื่อเสียงของสถาบันการศึกษายังคงเป็นปัจจัยอันดับแรกๆ ที่มีผลต่อการเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อ ซึ่งแสดงถึงความมั่นใจว่าจบแล้วไม่ตกงาน ส่วนเรื่องค่าเรียนไม่ค่อยมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเรียนเพราะถือว่าการเรียนคือ การลงทุนที่ดีอย่างหนึ่ง เพื่อจะได้เจอสิ่งแวดล้อมใหม่และคอนเนกชั่นที่มากขึ้น
