5. เบคอนทอดกรอบ 7–8 ชิ้น
6. น้ำส้มสายชู 1/3 ถ้วย
7. น้ำเปล่า 1/4 ถ้วย
8. น้ำตาลทราย 1/4 ถ้วย
9. เกลือ 3/4 ช้อนชา
10. พริกไทยป่น 1 ช้อนชา
11. มัสตาร์ด 1 ช้อนชา
12. น้ำมันมะกอกหรือน้ำมันพืช 1/3 ถ้วย

วิธีทำ
1. ล้างผักกาดแก้วให้สะอาด รองใส่จานสลัดแล้วโรยทับด้วยกะหล่ำปลี แครอท พริกหวาน ชั้นยอดสุด คือ เบคอนทอดกรอบ
2. ผลมน้ำ ส้มสายู น้ำเปล่า น้ำตาลทราย เกลือ พริกไทย มัสตาร์ด แล้วตั้งไฟให้เดือด ทิ้งไว้ให้เย็น ใส่น้ำมันพืชเทใส่ขวดเขย่าให้เข้ากันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง
3. เมื่อจะรับประทาน เทน้ำสลัดใส่ผัก คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากนถ้าได้แช่เย็นเสียหน่อยจะกรอบอร่อยยิ่งขึ้น
