1. ประกาศกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน เรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการดำเนินการตรวจวัดและวิเคราะห์สภาวะที่ทำงานเกี่ยวกับระดับความร้อน แสงสว่าง หรือเสียงภายในสถานประกอบกิจการ ระยะเวลา และประเภทกิจการที่ต้องดำเนินการ พ.ศ.2550 ข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องมีดังนี้
1.1 หมวด 1 ข้อ 3 นายจ้างต้องจัดให้มีการตรวจวัดและวิเคราะห์สภาวะการทำงานเกี่ยวกับระดับ ความร้อน แสงสว่าง หรือเสียงภายในสถานประกอบกิจการในสภาวะที่เป็นจริงของสภาพการทำงานอย่างน้อยปีละครั้ง
1.2 หมวด 2 การตรวจวัดระดับความร้อนและประเภทกิจการที่ต้องดำเนินการ
1.3 หมวด 3 การตรวจวัดความเข้มของแสงสว่างและประเภทกิจการที่ต้องดำเนินการ ข้อ 8 ให้ตรวจวัดความเข้มของแสงสว่างในสถานประกอบกิจการทุกประเภทกิจการดดยให้ครวจวัดบริเวณพื้นที่ทั่วไป บริเวณพื้นที่ใช้ประโยชน์ในกระบวนการผลิตที่ลูกจ้างทำงงานและบริเวณที่ลูกจ้างต้องทำงานโดยใช้สายตามมองเฉพาะจุดหรือต้องใช้สายตาอยู่กับที่ในการทำงงานในสภาพกี่ทำงานปกติและในช่วงเวลาที่มีแสงสว่างตามธรรมชาติน้อยที่สุด
1.4 หมวด 4 การตรวจวัดระดับเสียงและประเภทกิจการที่ต้องดำเนินการ ข้อ 12 ประเภทกิจการที่ต้องดำเนินการตรวจวัดระดับเสียง กิจการที่มีแหล่งกำเนิดเสียง
1.5 หมวด 5 การวิเคราะห์สภาวะการทำงงานเกี่ยวกับความร้อน แสงสว่าง และเสียง หรือเสียงที่ลูกจ้างได้รับ กรณีผลการตรวจวัดมีค่าเกินหรือต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎกระทรวง


2. ประกาศการนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยที่ 46 /2541 เรื่อง การกำหนดอัตราปล่อยมลสารทางอากาศจากปล่องของโรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องมีดังนี้

2.1 .ข้อ 2 อัตราการปล่อยมลสารทางอากาศที่ยอมให้ปล่อยออกจากปล่องของโรงงานที่ระดับความสูงต่างๆของปล่อง ของแต่ละนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ให้เป็นไปดังตารางแนบท้าย 1 ตามแนบท้ายประกาศนี้
2.2. ข้อ 3 กรณีที่ความสูงของปล่องของโรงงาน อยู่ในช่วงระหว่างความสูงที่กำหนด ให้ใช้ค่าอัตราการปล่อยมลสารทางอากาศที่ระยะความสูงต่ำกว่าเป็นเกณฑ์
2.3 ข้อ 4 กรณีที่ความสูงของปล่องของโรงงาน สูงกว่าความสูงของปล่องที่กำหนดไว้ ให้ใช้อัตราการปล่อยมลสารทางอากาศที่ความสูงของปล่องสูงสุดที่กำหนดไว้เป็นเกณฑ์
2.4 ข้อ 5 ผู้ประกอบการในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมจะต้องเสนอรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยมลสารทางอากาศตามรูปแบบดังตารางแนบท้าย 2 ตามแนบท้ายประกาศนี้
2.5 ข้อ 6 วรรค 2 บรรทัด 4 สำหรับกรณีโรงงานที่ไม่ได้จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้เป็นดุลพินิจของผู้ว่าการ หรือผู้ที่ว่าการมอบหมาย เป็นผู้กำหนดแนวทางการตรวจวัดคุณภาพทางอากาศ
2.6 ข้อ 7 ผู้ประกอบการจะต้องจัดส่งผลการตรวจวัด คุณภาพอากาศ แก่ผู้จัดการนิคมอุตสาหกรรม ทุก 6 เดือน (พฤษภาคม และพฤศจิการยน)
