1. หลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขในการจำหน่ายรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ มีดังนี้
1.1. เป็นรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ ที่ครบอายุการใช้งาน 5 ปี
1.2. ผู้มีสิทธิซื้อรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ ได้แก่ พนักงานและบุคคลภายนอกซึ่งต้องไม่เป็น “บุคคลที่ถูกกำหนด” (AMLO SDN List) และหรือ “บุคคลต้องห้าม”
1.3. การกำหนดราคาจำหน่ายรถยนต์ ให้กำหนดตามค่าเฉลี่ยของราคาตลาดในยี่ห้อ รุ่น และวันที่จดทะเบียนตรงกันกับรถยนต์ที่ต้องการจำหน่ายจากตลาดรับซื้อรถยนต์มือสอง 3 แห่ง ดังนี้
• ราคาขายจากเว็บไซต์รับจำหน่ายรถยนต์มือสองซึ่งปรับลดแล้ว 15% จากราคาประกาศขายในเว็บไซต์ของรถยนต์รุ่น ยี่ห้อ และปีจดทะเบียนเดียวกันกับรถยนต์ของบริษัทฯทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ราคาจำหน่ายสามารถดึงดูดผู้ที่สนใจได้
• ราคารับซื้อรถยนต์มือสองกับบริษัท กรุงศรี ออโต้ จำกัด

1.3.1. บริษัทฯ กำหนดราคาจำหน่ายรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้ว จากราคาเฉลี่ยของตลาดรับซื้อรถยนต์มือสองทั้ง 3 แห่ง นำเสนอกรรมการผู้จัดการของบริษัทฯ เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติราคาและการจำหน่ายรถยนต์ส่วนกลาง
1.3.2. นำเสนอคณะกรรมการของบริษัทฯ เพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติราคาและการจำหน่ายรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ

2. ระเบียบวิธีปฏิบัติในการขายรถยนต์ส่วนกลางของบริษัทฯ

2.3. จัดเตรียมสถานที่สำหรับเปิดให้ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าชมรถยนต์ของบริษัทฯ และจัดเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อต้อนรับ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ที่เข้าชมรถยนต์ โดยกำหนดระยะเวลาในการเปิดให้เข้าชมรถยนต์จำนวน 2 วัน (วันเสาร์ – วันอาทิตย์)
2.4. เปิดรับซองประมูล และเอกสารประกอบการประมูลรถยนต์ใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ จากผู้ที่สนใจตามกำหนดการยื่นซองที่ได้แจ้งไว้
2.5. คณะกรรมการประมูลรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ ทำการเปิดซองประมูล และดำเนินการตรวจสอบ RPT ของผู้ประมูล และตรวจสอบว่าผู้ประมูลมีรายชื่อเป็น “ บุคคลที่ถูกกำหนด” (AMLO SDN List) และหรือ “บุคคลต้องห้าม” (UN&OFAC SDN List) หรือไม่ หากพบว่ามีข้อมูลตรงกับบุคคลดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่จำหน่ายรถยนต์ให้แก่ผู้ประมูลโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดให้ผู้ประมูลทราบ ทั้งนี้ เป็นไปตามนโยบายการป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงินและการต่อต้านการสนับสนุนทางการเงินแก่การก่อการร้าย
2.6. ติดต่อแจ้งผลการประมูลให้กับผู้ที่ประมูลได้ เพื่อนัดชำระเงิน และรับรถพร้อมชุดโอนและเล่มทะเบียนของรถที่ประมูลได้
2.7. นำเสนอรายละเอียดของราคาประมูลของรถยนต์ใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ แต่ละคันเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการของบริษัทฯ รับทราบ

3. เงื่อนไขในการประมูลซื้อรถยนต์ส่วนกลางใช้แล้วของบริษัทฯ
3.1. ผู้เข้าร่วมประมูลสามารถยื่นซองประมูล 1 ซองต่อรถ 1 คัน
3.2. ผู้เข้าร่วมประมูลต้องแนบสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และสำเนาทะเบียนบ้านมาในซองประมูลซื้อด้วย
