โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริโภคในเขตเทศบาลเมืองกาฬสินธุ์ ต. กาฬสินธุ์ อ. เมือง จ. กาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 380 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ความพึงพอใจ / ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อ สมุนไพรในอาหารอีสาน จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)
