ครูเป็นอาชีพที่มีเกียรติ ครูเป็นผู้ให้ความรู้แก่เด็กนักเรียนทุกๆคนรียงความเรื่อง ฉันจะประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพครูได้อย่างไร
การเป็นครูนั้น ไม่เพียงแต่จะต้องมีความรู้ทางวิชาการเพื่อจะสอนนักเรียนเท่านั้น แต่ครูยังจะต้องเป็นผู้ช่วยนักเรียนให้พัฒนาทั้งทางด้านสติปัญญา บุคลิกภาพ อารมณ์ และสังคมด้วยดังนั้น ครูต้องเป็นผู้ที่ให้ความอบอุ่นแก่นักเรียน เพื่อนักเรียนจะได้มีความเชื่อและไว้ใจครู พร้อมที่จะเข้าพบครูเวลาที่มีปัญหา นอกจากนี้ครูจะต้องเป็นต้นฉบับที่ดีแก่นักเรียน ถ้าหากจะถามนักเรียนตั้งแต่ชั้นประถม จนถึงนิสิตนักศึกษาขั้นมหาวิทยาลัย ว่ามีใครบ้างในชีวิตของนักเรียนที่นักเรียนยึดถือเป็นต้นฉบับ นักเรียนส่วนมากจะมีครูอย่างน้อยหนึ่งคนยึดเป็นต้นฉบับหรือตัวแบบและนักเรียนจะยอมรับค่านิยมและอุดมการณ์ของครู เพื่อเป็นหลักของชีวิต อิทธิพลของครูที่นักเรียนยึดเป็นต้นฉบับจะติดตามไปตลอดชีวิต

4. ช่วยให้ครูรู้วิธีจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของห้องเรียนให้เหมาะสมแก่วัย และขั้นพัฒนาการของนักเรียน เพื่อจูงใจให้นักเรียนมีความสนใจและอยากจะเรียนรู้
5. ช่วยให้ครูทราบถึงตัวแปรต่างๆ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน เช่น แรงจูงใจ อัตมโนทัศน์ และการตั้งความคาดหวังของครูที่มีต่อนักเรียน
6. ช่วยครูในการเตรียมการสอนวางแผนการเรียน เพื่อทำให้การสอนมีประสิทธิภาพสามารถช่วยให้นักเรียนทุกคนเรียนรู้ตามศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล โดยคำนึงหัวข้อต่อไปนี้
6.1 ช่วยครูเลือกวัตถุประสงค์ของบทเรียนโดยคำนึงถึงลักษณะนิสัยและความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคลของนักเรียนที่จะต้องสอน และสามารถที่จะเขียนวัตถุประสงค์ให้นักเรียนเข้าใจว่าสิ่งที่ครูคาดหวังให้นักเรียนรู้มีอะไรบ้าง โดยถือว่าวัตถุประสงค์ของบทเรียนคือสิ่งที่จะช่วยให้นักเรียนทราบว่า เมื่อจบบทเรียนแล้วนักเรียนจะสามารถทำอะไรได้บ้าง
6.2 ช่วยครูในการเลือกหลักการสอนและวิธีสอนที่เหมาะสม โดยคำนึงถึงลักษณะนิสัยของนักเรียนและวิชาที่สอน และกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน
6.3 ช่วยครูในการประเมินไม่เพียงแต่เฉพาะเวลาครูได้สอนจนจบบทเรียนเท่า นั้นแต่ใช้ประเมินความพร้อมของนักเรียนก่อนสอน ในระหว่างที่ทำการสอน เพื่อจะทราบว่านักเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าหรือมีปัญหาในการเรียนรู้อะไรบ้าง
7. ช่วยครูให้ทราบหลักการและทฤษฎีของการเรียนรู้ที่นักจิตวิทยา ได้พิสูจน์แล้วว่าได้ผลดี เช่น การเรียนรู้จากการสังเกตหรือการเลียนแบบ (Observational learning หรือ Modeling)
8. ช่วยครูให้ทราบถึงหลักการสอนและวิธีสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งพฤติกรรมของครูที่มีการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพว่ามีอะไรบ้าง เช่น การใช้คำถาม การให้แรงเสริม และการทำตนเป็นต้นแบบ
9. ช่วยครูให้ทราบว่านักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนดีไม่ได้เป็นเพราะ ระดับเชาวน์ปัญญาเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่มีองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ เช่น แรงจูงใจ (Motivation) ทัศนคติหรือ อัตมโนทัศน์ของนักเรียนและความคาดหวังของครูที่มีต่อตัวนักเรียน
10. ช่วยครูในการปกครองชั้นและการสร้างบรรยากาศของห้องเรียน ให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพของนักเรียน ครูและนักเรียนมีความรัก และไว้วางใจซึ่งกันและกัน นักเรียน ต่างก็ช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้ห้องเรียนเป็นสถานที่ที่ทุกคนมีความสุขและนักเรียนรักโรงเรียน อยากมาโรงเรียน
