สืบเนื่องจากการประชุมในวันที่ 16 มกราคม 2558 เรื่องการปรับส่วนลดปฏิทิน 2016 จากเดิมส่วนลดอยู่ที่ 45% เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 50% ทุกสาขาทั้ง Airport และ Downtown นั้น ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีที่เพิ่มส่วนลด ดังกล่าว ให้กับ บริษัทเอเซีย บุ๊คส์ โดย บริษัท Groovy Map มีแผนการดำเนินงานการวางสินค้า Calendar 2016 ไว้ดังนี้
1. สินค้ากำหนดวางจำหน่ายภายในเดือน กันยายน 2558 จนถึงสิ้นเดือน เมษายน 2559 แล้วจะเรียกเก็บคืนสินค้าทั้งหมด
2. ต้นเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ – เมษายน 2559 ทางบริษัท Groovy Map จะจัด Promotion มี 2 แบบ คือ
2.1) Promotion ลด 50% ให้กับทางลูกค้า โดยทาง Groovy Map จะ Support ส่วนลดเองทั้งหมด
2.2) จัดทำ Promotion Buy 1 Get 1 เหมือนกับทุกปีที่ผ่านมา
หมายเหตุ - ทั้ง 2 แบบนี้ ยังอยู่ในช่วงพิจารณา ว่าจะเลือกแบบใดแบบหนึ่ง ซึ่งจะแจ้งให้ทาง บริษัทเอเซีย บุ๊คส์ ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน

3. สินค้าปฏิทิน 2016 ที่วางจำหน่าย มี 2 ขนาด คือ Hanging (A4) และ Desktop ซึ่งรูปแบบจะส่งให้ภายหลัง
4. การจัด Display Calendar เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดการจำหน่ายสินค้า
o ทางบริษัทฯ ใคร่ขอพี้นที่สาขาวาง Christmas tree ตามสาขาที่มีพื้นที่ให้ (สาขาที่เคยวาง Christmas tree ได้แก่ AB-SP, AB-CWX , AB-SL , AB-PTY , AB-JCL) ปีนี้สามารถปรับได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยทางบริษัทฯ จะส่งแบบและขนาด Christmas tree ให้ทราบอีกครั้งหลังออกแบบเสร็จสิ้นเพื่อพิจารณาต่อไป
o สำหรับสาขาที่ไม่ได้วาง Christmas tree ทางบริษัทฯ ใคร่ขอพื้นที่ Display สินค้าตาม Zone Calendar ของแต่ละสาขา หรือ วางที่ Spinner ของ Groovy map ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับแบบหรือขนาดของ Spinner แต่ละสาขา
