เมื่อหันกลับมามองสังคมไทยในปัจจุบันนี้ ฉันรู้สึกว่า สังคมเริ่มเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในสังคมมีทั้งคนดี และคนชั่ว ปะปนกันไป แม้แต่คน ๆ เดียวกัน บางครั้งก็ดี บางครั้งก็ไม่ดี สังคมก็เริ่มเป็นสังคมของการแก่งแย่ง ต่างคนต่างอยู่ เห็นแก่ตัวกันมากขึ้น ความเจริญด้านวัตถุก้าวหน้า แต่ด้านคุณธรรมกลับลดลง จนบางครั้งก็ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่าง ๆ ตามมา ดังที่พบเห็นจากข่าวในหนังสือพิมพ์ และสื่ออื่น ๆ ทุกวัน ดังนั้นเราในฐานะเด็กและเยาวชนซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาท และจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญของชาติในอนาคต จึงต้องมีจิตสำนึก ค่านิยม และทัศนคติที่จะยึดมั่นในการทำความดี มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ประพฤติปฏิบัติตนให้มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงออกซึ่งความคิดเห็นที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม เมื่อเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างเราประพฤติปฏิบัติตนให้ตั้งมั่นอยู่ในคุณธรรมได้ดี และเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่ใสสะอาด และมีคุณค่า ฉันเชื่อว่าปัญหา ต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมไทยเราก็คงจะลดลงอย่างแน่นอน
