ข้อ ๔๐ ในกรณีที่นายจ้างจัดให้มีลิฟต์ในการปฏิบัติงาน นายจ้างต้องปฏิบัติ ดังต่อไปนี้

(๕) จัดให้มีมาตรการป้องกันอันตรายและติดป้ายห้ามใช้ลิฟต์ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเห็นได้ชัดเจน
