รายงานสหกิจศึกษาฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดทำเอกสารในส่วนงานการขนส่งสินค้าขาออก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดทำการรับและวางสินค้าภายในคลังสินค้าผ่านแดนที่นำเข้าการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย จะต้องนำเข้าเก็บในคลังสินค้าผ่านแดนเพื่อรอการตรวจปล่อย เมื่อสินค้าผ่านแดนขนย้ายจาก รพส. มาเก็บในคลังสินค้าผ่านแดนให้เจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรประจำคลังสินค้าผ่านแดนผู้รับสินค้าทำการตรวจสอบเครื่องหมาย เลขหมาย จำนวนหีบห่อขอสินค้าผ่านแดน หากเป็นคอนเทนเนอร์บรรจุสินค้าผ่านแดน ทั้งตู้ ก็ให้ตรวจสอบ เครื่องหมาย เลขหมาย คอนเทนเนอร์ตามรายละเอียดในสำเนาบัญชีสินค้าสำหรับเรือ (Manifest) ที่แนบมากับใบอนุญาตขอขนย้าย
