กีฬานั้นถือเป็นการออกกำลังกายที่ดีที่สุด และยังถือเป็นการพักผ่อนอีกด้วยช่วยให้เลือดลมภายในร่างกายสูบฉีด ทำให้เรารู้สึกตื่นตัวอยู่ตลอดเวลา ดังนั้นเราทุกคนควรที่จะออกกำลังกาย ซึ่งในสัปดาห์ควรออกกำลังกายอย่างน้อยอาทิตย์ล่ะ 2ครั้ง เพื่อสุขภาพที่แข็งแรง กีฬานั่นมีอยู่หลายชนิด อยู่ที่ตัวเราว่าจะชอบกีฬาชนิดไหน ถึงแม้บางที่เราอาจจะไม่ได้เล่นเก่งอะไร แต่เพื่อสุขภาพเราควรที่จะออกกำลังกาย แต่ใช้ว่าการออกกำลังกายนั่นจะดีเสมอไป เราควรจะดูลิมมิตของตัวเองด้วยว่าร่างกายเรารับได้มากแค่ไหน ถ้ามันมากเกินไป อาจจะส่งผลเสียต่อตัวเราเองได้

ส่วนคราวนี้ผมจะพูดถึงกีฬาฟุตบอล ที่เป็นกีฬาที่มีผู้คนนิยมเล่นหรือชกันมากที่สุดในโลก จึงเป็นกีฬาที่นิยมที่สุดในโลกยุคปัจจุบัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้หญิงหรือผู้ชาย ก้อสามารถที่จะชมหรือเล่นกีฬาประเภทนี้ได้ทุกคน
ฟุตบอลนั่นคือกีฬาที่ใช้การเตะ การโหม่ง เป็นหลัก โดยใช้เท้าหรือหัวโดยที่ไม่สามารถใช้มือให้การเล่นได้ยกเว้นผู้รักษาประตูเท่านั้น
