กระรอกสามสี (อังกฤษ: Prevost's squirrel, Asian tri-colored squirrel) กระรอกชนิดหนึ่ง มีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Callosciurus prevostii จัดเป็นกระรอกขนาดกลาง มีความยาวของลำตัวประมาณ 25 เซนติเมตร หาง 27 เซนติเมตร มีลักษณะเด่นที่สีของขนคลุมตัวโดยขนที่หูหลังและหัวมีสีดำ ขนหางครึ่งหนึ่งเป็นสีดำ ส่วนครึ่งปลายหางมีสีน้ำตาล ขนท้องและขามีสีแดงปนน้ำตาลแก่ ขนที่โคนขาหลังด้านบนมีสีขาวหว่างขนหลังสีดำกับขนท้องสีน้ำตาลปนแดง มีแถบสีขาวพาดจากโคนขาหลังไปยังขาหน้าส่วนบน ใบหน้าด้านข้าง และที่จมูกมีขนสีเทาดำ ทำให้ดูคล้าย กระรอกหลากสี (C. finlaysonii) ซึ่งเป็นกระรอกที่อยู่ในสกุลเดียวกัน เว้นแต่ตัวเมียของกระรอกสามสีจะมีเต้านม 3 คู่
