บทคัดย่อ
มนุษย์ต้องการความสะดวกสบายและความรวดเร็วในการประกอบกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อการประหยัดเวลาและให้ทันต่อความต้องการของผู้บริโภค โดยมีเทคโนโลยีในด้านต่างๆเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องในชีวิตประจำวัน และจากการศึกษาและค้นคว้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ คณะผู้จัดทำได้มีความเห็นในการประดิษฐ์เครื่องช่วยปอกเปลือกมะพร้าวสำเร็จขึ้นมา สามารถดำเนินงานได้จริงและประสบผลสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ของคณะผู้จัดทำ
