Approval sought: Exercise 1 year option for the Warehouse of P.B.S Development Co., Ltd. located on 9/1 Moo2 Soi Pookmitre, Amphure Prapadaeng, Samutprakarn, Thailand. This action will result in the company saving roughly 597 K THB / 24 K NZD per month in demurrage & port cost.
Business strategy: Two major RMs—Kraft and Melamine have substantially incremented in the Demurrage & Storage Cost, which we can be able to manage such cost dramatically lower by renting an additional WH for other Brought-in, and secondary RMs.
-Kraft required additional 350 sqm. space
-Melamine required additional 200 sqm. space
-Tent (to be removed) required 200 sqm. space
Total additional space required is 750 sqm.
