การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริโภคผลิตภัณฑ์ลดน้ำหนักของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาหญิงในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ภาคปกติ ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 375 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการบริโภคผลิตภัณฑ์ลดน้ำหนัก แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมทางสถิติ เพื่อหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
