ส่วนที่ 2. แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการขนส่งกระเป๋าผู้โดยสารในสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ
ส่วนที่ 3. แบบสอบถามคำถามแบบปลายเปิดเป็นคำถามแบบตอบได้ตามข้อมูลจริงหรือตามข้อมูลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเสนอแนะ
