ประธานในที่ประชุมกล่าวต่อที่ประชุมว่าทางบริษัทฯ มีความประสงค์ที่จะเพิ่มทุนของบริษัท เพาเวอร์ เมททัล (กรุงเทพ) จำกัด เป็นจำนวนเงิน 35,000,000 บาท (สามสิบห้าล้านบาทถ้วน)
ประธานได้ชี้แจ้งในเรื่องดังกล่าวว่า หลังจากการเพิ่มทุนในครั้งนี้ ทุนจดทะเบียนของโดยออกหุ้นใหม่จำนวน 3,000,000 หุ้น (สามล้านหุ้น) และชำระเงินค่าหุ้นเป็น สินทรัพย์ทางบัญชีแสดงมูลค่าสุทธิ ของบริษัท เพาเวอร์ สโตน เทคโนโลยี จำกัด ณ.วันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2557 ซึ่งผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัทฯดังกล่าวประสงค์ที่นำสินทรัพย์สุทธิมาลงทุนประกอบด้วย
1) นาง อู๋ เซ้ย โก้ย เซ่ จำนวน 6,000,000 บาท
2) นาย อู๋ เจิ้ง หยู จำนวน 2,000,000 บาท
3) บริษัท โฮปเวอร์ แชมป์เปี้ยน โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด จำนวน 22,000,000 บาท
ทั้งนี้เพื่อการขยายกำลังผลิตและบริหารจัดการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และบริษัทฯจะมีมูลค่าทุนรวมทั้งสิ้น 65,000,000 บาท (หกสิบห้าล้านบาทถ้วน) จำนวน 6,500,000 หุ้น (หกล้านห้าแสน) และยังคงราคาต่อหุ้นที่ 10 บาท (สิบบาท)
ที่ประชุมมีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ตามที่ประธานกล่าวเสนอมาข้างต้น
