ผู้อนุญาตและผู้รับอนุญาตไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิและ/หรือหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบของตนตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกได้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากอีกฝ่ายก่อน
