ข้อ 2. ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่าและผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าที่ดินดังกล่าวในข้อ 1. เพื่อผู้เช่าเข้าทำประโยชน์โดยตรงในที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าได้ทุกประการไม่ว่าผู้เช่าจะใช้เป็นที่อยู่อาศัยหรือใช้ทำประโยชน์อย่างใดรวมตลอดถึงการที่ผู้เช่าปลูกสร้างอาคารสิ่งปลูกสร้างลงในที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าด้วย โดย

ข้อ 5. ในระหว่างระยะเวลาการเช่าตามสัญญานี้เวลาหนึ่งเวลาใดถ้าผู้เช่าจะทำการปลูกสร้างอาคารสิ่งปลูกสร้างลงในที่ดินของผู้ให้เช่าโดยค่าใช้จ่ายและทุนทรัพย์ของผู้เช่าเอง ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงยินยอมอนุญาตให้ผู้เช่ายื่นแบบเรื่องราวขออนุญาตปลูกสร้างอาคารและขอติดตั้งมิเตอร์น้ำประปาไฟฟ้าต่อทางหน่วยราชการได้จะเป็นโดยในนามของผู้ให้เช่าหรือในนามของผู้เช่าเองก็ตามผู้ให้เช่าตกลงว่าผู้ให้เช่าจะให้ความสะดวกและให้ความร่วมมือลงชื่อในเอกสารทุกฉบับที่ต้องใช้ในการยื่นแบบเรื่องราวขออนุญาตปลูกสร้างอาคารและขอติดตั้งมิเตอร์ประปาไฟฟ้าในทันทีที่ผู้เช่าส่งเอกสารดังกล่าวมาให้ผู้ให้เช่าทุกครั้งไป
ข้อ 6. ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่า

6.4. เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่าตามสัญญานี้แล้ว อาคาร, สิ่งปลุกสร้างรวมทั้งทรัพย์สิน, ส่วนควบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ผู้เช่าปลูกสร้างลงในที่ดินของผู้เช่า ให้ตกเป็นกรรมสิทธ์ของผู้ให้เช่าทั้งหมด โดยผู้เช่าไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆจากผู้เช่าทั้งสิ้น
6.5. ผู้เช่าจะไม่ประพฤติและกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเป็นที่รำคาญ แก่เพื่อนบ้านใกล้เคียงหรือกระทำสิ่งที่น่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่สถานที่เช่าหรืออาจเป็นอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สิน ของผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง และจะไม่กระทำหรือให้ผู้อื่นกระทำการอันผิดกฎหมายในสถานที่เช่านี้ หาปรากฏ กรณีดังกล่าวขึ้นไม่ว่าจะด้วยเจตนา, กระทำการ, ละเว้นกระทำการหรือโดยประมาทเลิ
