• They don’t know the UDW status which is approved or not.
• They don’t know the payment status that we can collect the money or not.
• They don’t know the NB report every month.
• They haven’t got any renew report from insurers. They prefer to get 60 or 30 days in advance before the expiry date because they have a renew team to remind and follow their clients.
